All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates .

FREE  Shipping We offer FREE next day tracked shipping to the United Kingdom. FREE shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout. 

FREE Local Delivery

FREE local delivery is available for all orders within 15 mile delivery of Boston, Lincolnshire PE217LX. 

Deliveries are made from 8am to 8pm 7 days a week. We will contact you via text message or email address that you provided at checkout to notify you estimated delivery day. on the day of delivery we will contact you via text message or email address that you provided at checkout to notify you of your time slot.

Kerbside Pickup

FREE local pickup is available at 6, Half Penny Court, Boston, Lincolnshire PE217LX. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our kerbside pickup hours are 8am to 8pm on 7 days a week. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We offer do not offer international shipping.

How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@phonesfromhome.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
