A “sealed” device is brand new, factory-packaged, and has never been opened or used.

Do you offer warranties?

Yes – every device we sell comes with a 12-month warranty as standard.

Can I sell my device to you?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, plus secure online payment options. Full details are available during checkout.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch orders quickly – often the same or next working day.
Order before 2pm for free next day delivery via trusted UK couriers, with tracking provided.

Do you post internationally?

Our primary focus is UK delivery, but international posting may be available.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee.

What if my phone ends up blacklisted or blocked?

We carry out extremely thorough checks on every device we sell, including blacklist and IMEI checks.

It’s incredibly rare, but in the unlikely event that your phone becomes blacklisted after purchase, we’ll always make it right. You’ll receive a full refund or a replacement — and if we don’t have the same model in stock, we’ll upgrade you to something even better, free of charge.
