Grading Guide
Phone Grading at Phones From Home – Boston, Lincolnshire
At Phones From Home, we grade our second-hand phones using standard industry practices — Grades A through C. We've developed a clear and consistent grading procedure to give our customers confidence in what to expect from each grade.
💡 Please Note: All our phones are fully functional with no missing parts or broken screens. Grading is based purely on the phone’s cosmetic condition — how it looks and feels.
Before grading, every phone is:
- Fully cleaned
- Wiped of all user data
- Inspected using our internal quality checklist

“This phone was well-used, but with a case it’ll still look fine.”
