Your information is securely stored on our business hard drive or within the inbox of the website www.phonesfromhome.co.uk or other social media/contact tools.

We keep your name, purchase and contact details for 6 years in line with Consumer Contract Regulations. We will then dispose your information by securely deleting it from the records. The date of the last transaction will count as the first day of maintaining that personal data.

Purchases of second hand equipment by Phones From Home

Should your device be purchased by Phones From Home, it is expected that the seller would complete a factory reset before completing the transaction with the business. All handsets are checked comprehensively to be cleared of personal details within reason prior to being resold.
